Profile:
I’ve worked with Remax International, Inc. as a software engineer. Handled POS (Point of Sale) device. This devices are used for credit system for a number of companies particularly oil marketing companies like Petron and Shell. I programmed these devices using C/C++ language with a propriety SDK. Also handle SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card data storing and manipulation while I was there. That was until November of 2005.
Now I’m working with Allsectech Manila, Inc. (formerly known as Kingdom Builders, Inc.; a wholly-owned subsidiary of Allsec Technologies, Ltd) as a software developer for web applications. I started here as a PHP/MySQL CRM system developer. Slowly the system changed from MySQL to MS SQL for integration with the warehouse system being developed by a 3rd party developer in the US. And Later we were helping with the development of the warehouse system itself. An event that led me to learn asp.net in C#. Now we’re doing software development outsourcing for numerous clients both in PHP and asp.net C#. I’ve also developed some minor applications for the company’s internal use, like Mozilla extension for filtering URL on the browser level, network time synchronization without NTP. During my 3rd year with the company my resposiblities increased to include managing a small team and maintaining client relations.
Over the years I’ve worked with tons of computer language and/or technologies. Most of them are used for the Internet. It is the objective of this site to share the things that I’ve discovered in my life as an engineer/programmer. Visit this site often to find things that could be helpful in your virtual world.
